The design of AMA’s new national headquarters incorporated an updated approach to thinking relative to team interaction and collaboration in support of its mission business goals. Cost control was a significant challenge included a low cost per square foot directive with low energy use and minimal maintenance. The design team established points within the process for thorough cost estimation with an understanding of material cost impacts, leading to successful completion under budget.
